I am generally able to return phone messages within 24 hours Monday – Friday. When leaving a voicemail, please make sure to leave your name, phone number, and good times to reach you. Remember to note times during which you will have privacy to discuss reasons for seeking my services.

When I call back, I will provide a complimentary phone consultation (usually about 15 minutes) during which you may share what it is you would like to work on in therapy, ask me questions about my approach, and we will determine whether to schedule a first session together.
